GLOBAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & BIOSECURITY COMPLIANCE
We ship our products globally from Hong Kong. When ordering from our Site, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws, import restrictions, and biosecurity regulations of the destination country.

Due to the international nature of shipping from Hong Kong, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or a completely incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
